LPDA provided master planning and detailed design services for the phase II streetscape project. LPDA is currently providing construction administration services. The phase II project focuses on Main Street, with minor improvements to Valley Street no completed during phase I.

Program includes; sidewalk and intersection redevelopment, signage, lighting, site furnishings, planting and traffic calming features. The critical piece of phase II is the downtown center, the intersections of Valley and Main Streets.
