LPDA provided master planning and detailed design service for this mixed-use Neo-traditional Community in Botetourt County. The program links walkable residential neighborhoods with commercial areas to create a small town atmosphere with all the convenience of modern living. 

LPDA guided the planning process from a master planning through detail design of project phases. 

Following the completion of the master plan, LPDA developed design and construction plans for all site landscape architectural components including integration of water quality strategies and traffic calming measures.
