LPDA served as the PM-at-Risk leading the design/build team for the garden courtyard project. Services included modifications and upgrades to an existing unused courtyard at Hotel Roanoke to be utilized for parties, special events and wedding services. 
Project elements included:
  Concrete patio dining and event area with specialty concrete treatments
  Outdoor fire pit and seating area
  Trellis and Cabana area
  Seating nook

Construction was completed in 2011.
