LPDA is currently offering planning and landscape architectural services for a 39 acre in-fill tract located in the City of Annapolis.

Quiet Waters is the redevelopment of an existing blighted site into a mixed density residential plan that incorporates and blends the natural features and amenities of Quiet Waters Park into the more urbanized setting along Forest Drive and into Downtown Annapolis.

LPDA has been working with the developer and City through various stages of the project to ensure responsible accommodations for pedestrian and traffic circulation. LPDA has also worked at length programming neo-traditional residential housing products to be sensitive to the site’s environmental characteristics by developing a central ‘spine’ of parks and open spaces that lead residents and users from Forest Drive to the adjacent public park.

LPDA is currently developing conceptual and preliminary site development plans as well as supporting the public hearing process
