LPDA developed strategies for incorporating a fountain and associated improvements into an existing plaza area at the University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, Virginia.

To aid in the understanding of the effects of a new fountain within the existing plaza, LPDA developed detailed photo-simulations of several fountain options.

Plan development included schematic report with plans, narrative and detailed construction cost estimates.

LPDA also developed detailed design plans and construction estimates prior to the Universities decision to hold the project at a 50% completion. LPDA hopes to finalize the design and assist with the fountain installation once funding becomes available.
