LPDA provided schematic design services for the main entry area of duPont Hall, at the University of Mary Washington. The main entry area was redesigned to create a plaza and group gathering area for the campus with a strong physical presence from College Avenue. To aid in the design process, LPDA created 3D computer models of three entry plaza options. This allowed an accurate understanding of the different special options available for the entry plaza and the relationship to the building.

A detailed cost estimate was also developed for each option to assist in the decision process for the preferred option.
