The Lord Fairfax Community College greenway trail project included the development of a 10 foot wide multiuse trail, a critical leg of the greater Warrenton Branch Greenway.

The completed Warrenton Branch Greenway will connect the central sports complex near the college campus, with a network of trails under development in the Warrenton area.  The trail within the campus provided recreation opportunities for students and faculty, and will also provide access to a wetland/ BMP area and potential use in environmental studies. 

LPDA provided complete design services for the trail within the community college campus. Construction plans and construction of phase I is complete.
