Chesapeake Harbour is a waterfront condominium community in Annapolis, Maryland. In 2017, the Chesapeake Harbour Community Association (CHCA) issued an RFP to complete a grounds and landscape master plan. LPDA is currently leading a team to review site conditions, complete community programming and surveys and develop concepts. The goal of the master plan is to review aging landscape including blocking of critical views of the Chesapeake Bay. Other considerations in the plan include review of pedestrian connections, access to amenity areas, maintenance and signage. At the completion of the plan, LPDA and our team will complete an implementation schedule and strategy to help the CHCA complete the required jurisdictional approvals, design plans and construction.
