Working as part of the consultant team, LPDA provided master planning and detailed design services for this internationally significant project. The project involves the expansion of the Supreme Allied Command Transformation (SACT) Headquarters Building NH-31 located at Naval Support Activity, Norfolk, Virginia. Two additions were proposed for the existing facility as well as construction of a new satellite building for the National Liaison Representatives (NLR). All facilities are carefully located on a severely cramped site. LPDA’s services included LEED credit calculations, design charrettes, hardscape and landscape design and preparation of landscape construction documents. The design scope includes an entrance plaza, parade ground, ceremony podium, courtyards and site landscaping.
