Working with an engineering firm, LPDA, Inc. is providing master planning and detailed design for the landscape architectural features of the project, including detailed cost estimates. Hillsdale Drive extension will provide a new alternate vehicular and pedestrian connection to Route 29 while serving an established high traffic commercial and retail area. Hillsdale drive also connects Hydraulic Road and Greenbrier Drive, a critical City and County connection. The project provides a street friendly 2 lane road, with an integrated pedestrian/trail system, intersection improvements, roundabout and integration with the existing commercial parking and entry patterns. Landscape architecture services include the master planning, preliminary plans as well as final landscape plans and specifications.
