Amie Evans, PLA, CPSI / Sr. Project Manager
Amie is a licensed Landscape Architect and Project Manager. She has twelve years of experience in Landscape Architecture and six years with LPDA. Amie has been a Certified Playground Safety Inspector since 2014 and provides support on playground projects throughout the firm. Amie has designed and managed a range of projects from master planning of communities to parks, streetscape, urban design, rooftop courtyards, and healthcare facilities. Amie provides planning services to development clients from a first-look property evaluation to concept planning and final site plans.
Amie has extensive and intensive experience in construction administration which provides her a unique understanding of the realities of design and construction making her an asset to any aspect of a project. Amie is passionate about coordinating with contractors and the client throughout the construction process to ensure the design intent and the client’s needs are met and a quality product is delivered.
Amie is responsible for overseeing projects from concept design through construction documentation as well as providing construction administration services. She works with clients to determine the best design and approach to their projects. Amie provides marketing and business support to the firm. She maintains excellent relationships with clients, peer firms, and jurisdictions to guarantee successful projects and develop lasting business relationships.

Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2003. She is a registered Landscape Architect in the state of Virginia and is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector. She also is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Virginia Recreation and Park Society, and Commercial Real Estate Women Network – Northern Virginia.
